PORTSMOUTH WATERSPORTS CENTRE
Located on the Eastern Side of Portsmouth with access at all states of the tide and set within the beautiful setting of Langstone Harbour. We offer hire, tuition, membership and courses in Windsurfing, Stand up Paddle Boarding, Sailing, Kayaking and Powerboating as well as land based activities.
As an RYA training centre we train beginner and improver levels as well as one to one tuition.
Adult windsurfing courses range from 1 hour ‘one to one’ private lessons or tasters as well as courses and group bookings. Throughout the year we have several taster sessions and open days which will be running in windsurfing and sailing as well as courses.
During the school holidays between (April and October), the centre runs RYA courses aimed at 10yrs to 16yr olds on selected weeks, we also have a T15 club which runs every Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
We are open 7 days a week all year round and offer a gym style membership for watersports starting off at £40 per month. Included in the membership is full use of centre equipment (inc wetsuits and buoyancy aids), showers and changing facilities, 25% discount on professional courses, Free Parking and Wifi. We also have a gym on site which can be included in the watersports membership.
Our team of windsurfing instructors are all highly qualified teaching up to RYA advanced plus techniques and keen participants themselves with a real passion for the sport.
