33: What would be your dream wagon if you could choose any windsurfing vehicle?
I am pretty happy with my Volkswagen transporter but now that I’m the Gaastra and Tabou agent I wouldn’t mind something bigger like that Volkswagen Crafter – something that has enough space for all the windsurf, kite and SUP equipment I’ll carry around with me.
34: What would be the first thing you would buy if you won a million pounds?
A ticket for me and my girlfriend to Indo so she can watch me score some sick barrels.
35: What do you think about the recent decision about the Olympics possibly losing windsurfing?
I think it is a stupid decision. Windsurfing is a well-established sport for the Olympics. I agree that Kite surfing should maybe be included but they just should have chosen one of the other terrible sailing classes.
36: How many months a year do you spend wave sailing?
I try to wave sail every day possible.
37: How do you like hanging in Chile with Robby Swift?
Chile is an amazing place, Robby and I have a good time surfing or windsurfing when we’re down there. It’s very peaceful and quiet – a really beautiful country with lots of wild nature and world-class conditions.
38: What are the biggest waves you have ever surfed in your life?
Probably at Jaws on Maui but I also had some pretty big days in Chile. I don’t really know how big they are in feet but definitely big enough to get your heart pumping like crazy.
