I’ve been windsurfing for about 2 years. I’m self thought and have dreamt about competing for a while now. Finally I have signed up to the Défi Japan race. I live in Tokyo so cant go out every weekend. Could anyone give me some tips on training from the city to improve my surfing?
That being the case, your main training has to be fitness work….imho it doesn’t matter greatly what it is. Running, cycling or gym time.
Try and get to Miyako as early as possible to train at the Race site.
