Just 1.5 hours north of Cape Town is Langebaan lagoon, with picturesque, white sand beaches and crystal clear, shallow water areas and consistent, cross-shore winds and lack of shorebreak. There are beginner and more advanced spots for practising technique with superb slalom conditions from December and January with winds F4bft+ up to 90% days. Further out, in certain conditions, you can catch an incoming swell.
