For myself, I had flown from San Francisco to Finland, dropped off my wife and son, and then very next morning I was on a plane to Cabo Verde, and the anticipation was enough to forget about any fatigue or jet lag. We were up early and on it. Frenchman JB Caste’ and Josh Angulo, my sailing partners for this mission, pushed the level increasingly hard throughout the session.
