Jaws was a surprise since we’ve had almost no wind this winter. Tricky, gusty wind and the swell had a barreling west direction so made the drop pretty wild. It felt good dropping bombs again, I realize how much I love that feeling. Was challenging to get the set waves with surfers, tow-in guys and some of the best Jaws windsurfers in the world all in the line up. I know everyone’s hoping for another day out there since it felt like a warm up after two years of hibernation.
