With the forecast for perfect sunshine on Sunday afternoon I decided to try and shoot the event and a race from above which took a fair bit of organizing and co-ordinating. I arrived at our local airstrip with everything in place, the sun was shining, there was a bit of breeze picking up and I was in good time for the final 1pm race – this was too easy!
