Wow, that seemed way too easy, yet it was only to become easier once we gathered around the table to review the day’s action. I’m sure the wine helped my suggestion that we should be more experimental over the next few weeks and John Skye eventually confessed that he’d indulged in a little extra camera activity, which he was happy to share with the team.
The next days saw everyone trying it in every which way but lose. Actually, scratch that. Young Jacopo Testa’s twisted freestyle proved too vigorous even for the stiffest of carbon deck mounts, and it was only with the addition of Duct Tape that we could bring the GoPro back to rest on his board.
