Change?
I think there will be changes but I don’t know how. I see people around me, some people tell me it will be hard and others say I will manage. I am not stressed, I think it will be hard but I am not scared. Our plan is to keep on travelling and I will keep competing.
School?
I wanted to be a sport teacher so I finished my normal school and I went to university for three years at home in France. I stopped in the third year just before the big exam. There was a moment when I was doing very good in the freestyle and starting the wave tour and I had to make the choice to either stop windsurfing or follow the sports teacher career. I had studied hard to get my diploma and it was a tough decision to make. I thought I could qualify and maybe take a break but it never happened that way. The life took me down another path and now I am happy I followed it. I took a little side road and it was good (laughs).
