JC – You are married and have a son now? How has being married and a father changed your outlook on life?
BG – It is a new challenge and a beautiful adventure, I love to hang out with my family and share good times with them and I really wish I could spend more time with them and be able to take them with me on my travels.
JC – Do you prefer being at home, sailing and surfing your own breaks, or do you love exploring new countries and locations?
BG – I do love my time at home, I really do, but I also love going places and exploring. I still have plans and dream destinations that I would love to visit.
JC – Morocco can be anything from nuking jumping conditions to cross offshore point breaks…what is your typical quiver of boards and sails to cover all the possibilities?
BG – I love my Severne Gators and my Starboard UltraKode 78 litre Boujmaa Guilloul pro model, they are the perfect all-round combination for most conditions. I would love to have a bigger board that has a similar shape to my pro model board, but I love also for lighter winds Kevin Pritchard’s pro model, which is what I used during that day in Anchor point with the Gator 4.2.
