Phil Horrocks
Phil has been living in Wales for the past twenty years, his original plan was to study sports science at Cardiff University but his first taster of windsurfing at Plas Menai, the Welsh Water sports Centre had him hooked and he ended up staying there teaching water sports for the next five years. It didn’t take long before Phil had mustered up the skills to mount a campaign onto the British tour and then the PWA tour and along with Ben they have both been fantastic ambassadors for British Windsurfing. I guess Phil can largely thanks his success to his grounding at Rhosneigr, a perfect training ground especially with Ben helping push the limits and learning new moves.
