SEAN
Night arrived and the F150 rolled back in to Miami minus about a hundred bucks in gas. Miami is without doubt one of the finer cities of the East Coast, awash with Latino culture and Spanish-speaking locals. We stopped for some dinner at one of the local Mexican taco-houses in Brickell, then finally a refreshing beer along the glamorous stretches of South Beach, where America’s most-beautiful and every single Russian model not-currently-residing-in-Moscow seems to hang-out. One more early shoot for me at South Beach the next morning along the long white sand amongst the famous LifeSaver Huts that standout against the crystal blue waters with their unique painted designs and murals. It was then off to the airport and back to the cold impending winter of Europe, albeit this time with a tan that would make people think we were Brazilian, a few dozen memory cards full of photos and one last flickering look of lust towards our F-150 truck – I’ll see you again next year.
