Duotone have just launched the 2026 Warp_Foil & Falcon_Foil D/LAB their next next-generation gear designed to push foil performance to new heights. Let’s take a look at what makes this latest line-up so exciting for 2026!
WARP_FOIL IN A NUTSHELL
The WARP_FOIL is a specific and highly advanced foil design suited for foil racers looking for something that complements the low-drag of the hydrofoil. The design of the 20.24 represented a milestone, as we were able to massively improve the wind range (= improved average speed) and the flight control in the upper range (= improved V-Max).
To achieve this we significantly increased the luff curve and reduced the head size. A shortened boom length and the incorporation of a massive double-foil sleeve size were further key design elements. Last year we have updated the batten configuration to a stiffer setup with a slightly flatter entry which enhanced the control and for 2026 we evolve further with a new mast sleeve construction, resulting in less movement in the sail in the high-end, making the sail more stable. Together with less drag and better acceleration in our eyes, the WARP_FOIL 20.26 redefines the benchmark of the control to performance to wind-range ratio. It’s purely designed to win low-drag hydrofoil races! The WARP_FOIL is a MTO product.

FALCON_FOIL D/LAB IN A NUTSHELL
According to the latest PWA foil rules you can only register one board size. This allowed us to focus all our entire development on this one board, refining the shape down to the last millimetre and perfecting every single detail.
The board has a wider tail to make it easier to apply more pressure on the foil in lighter winds. To compensate the power the nose is slightly shorter, also resulting in less drag. To give everybody the option to make this one size board work in all conditions, there is more front foot straps positions, so you can either go forward for control in high wind or back to create more power in light winds. we are very convinced that the combination of the most competitive shape and our brand-new Full Custom D/LAB Technology will be a serious contender for foil racing competitions. The FALCON_FOIL D/LAB is a MTO product.
