Plane earlier and accelerate by angling your torso forward, pulling down on your front hand and pushing down through the toes on the front foot.

Continue to push out on your back hand and aim to turn your head more. Push through your front foot and pull through your back foot to scissor, steer and turn the board back down the wave.
Absorb the bumps, go fast, and then boost some big jumps.
To boost better chop hops, go back to the fundamentals of getting over the board before you pop and then send the nose up in the air by pushing down on the back leg and pulling up on the front arm. Once in flight remember to bring your front arm in, extend your front leg to get the nose off the wind (both more than I am here), and lastly bring your back heel into your bum.
