With just over a month before Windsurfer Magazine is released, now is the time to get in-line and reserve yourself a copy! This new and exciting title is tailored by windsurfers at every stage and has six distinct content pillars to cement its foundations within the sport:
- Athletes: Windsurfer serves as a vehicle to celebrate and honour athletes of all ilks with in-depth interviews with pioneers, rising stars, unsung heroes and icons of the sport.
- Creators: From underground shapers and pioneering filmmakers, to grassroots heroes and music makers in their own right, Windsurfer Magazine tells untold stories and celebrates those who push the sport and the culture that surrounds it.
- Environmentalists: Our approach highlights sustainable windsurfing practices, conservation efforts by communities, and interviews with environmentalists or innovators in the sustainability space.
- Explorers: Our Explorer section will celebrate the lesser seen corners of the windsurfing spectrum, meet the communities within them, enjoy the landscapes, and revel in previously unknown locations in the world windsurfing.
- Legends: Beyond the obvious icons, we celebrate those whose legacy endures in innovation, style, and spirit. Their impact may often be forgotten or overlooked, but their contributions continue to define windsurfing’s past, present, and future.
- Paragons: The visionaries and exemplars of excellence! This is a photo-led section, displaying the vibrancy and dynamism of our sport. It could be a mix of images from around the world, a collection from a photographer or artist, or a focus on a location, event or athlete. Our sport oozes inspiration at so many levels and these images are sure to capture your imagination and get you salivating.

The first issue will be released at the end of October, with the Windsurfer Magazine launch-party proudly hosted at UK windsurfing legend Jamie Hawkins’ The Beach restaurant on the Saturday night of the BWA West Wittering Wave Classic event, in collaboration with 2XS.
