BENLLECH
Benllech is used mainly for teaching by local sailing clubs, as there are very few tides and the water is waist deep in most areas. However, there is a fair bit of chop and in stronger winds this beach is unsuitable for inexperienced sailors. Also, the close proximity of the tourist village means the area can get busy during summer.
