To the lower end of Bridlington Bay, Hornsea offers very much the same conditions as Skipsea and Bridlington. In N winds the area is good for wave sailing, while S winds offer bump and jump conditions for intermediate sailors. However, this location is also good for beginners in W winds as the waves disappear and the water is generally much flatter.
