Majuba Beach faces a NE direction so W winds provide good sailing conditions, whereas SW winds create a very strong beach dump making it difficult to launch at times. However, there are no evident rip tides so intermediate sailors should have no problems sailing from here.


Getting there: Take the A1085 W from Middlesbrough into Redcar. The beach is signposted from here

Parking: Ample parking close to the beach

Amenities: Toilets, Fish & Chips

Water Quality: Not tested
