The conditions here are very much the same as St Lawrence Bay as both locations are along the same stretch of water. There is plenty of room to sail in and the water is fairly choppy. It is also slightly easier to launch from than Northey Island but the major drawback is that you have to be a member of the Marconi Sailing Club. A difficult beach to find, and to park you have to be a member.
