A very popular beach, but no real swell to speak of, although waves can be very big in S – SW winds. Jumping conditions at Prestwick are excellent with no underwater obstruction and a sandy landing for those beach side forwards. In summer it’s as flat as a bat with a great sandy beach for the kids. Good for your first steps afloat on the sea.
