RED WHARF BAY
This large sandy beach at Red Wharf Bay is very tide dependent and the conditions are generally only safe for intermediate sailors within two hours of low tide. The best conditions are two hours before low tide and N winds as this creates a standing wave effect, which is perfect for jumping. However, this location is not suitable for beginners at any time as there can be rough seas and a lot of sea traffic.
