SANDWOOD BAY
Sandwood Bay, the last big beach just to the south of Cape Wrath, but be prepared for a 5 mile walk. This beach is paradise lost, a famed surf spot although little is known of it’s windsurfing potential. Worth a visit if you want to find a quiet golden sandy beach backed by dunes with good waves. Facing WNW so providing cross-shore in a SW.
