ST LAWRENCE BAY / THE STONE
St Lawrence Bay is an excellent location for slalom windsurfing and there is plenty of space. This area also faces in the opposite direction to many of the coastal regions so if it becomes difficult to sail on the coast, it will still be fairly easy to sail here. The main problem with this area is that there can be strong tides making the area not so good for beginners. Also, because of the popularity of this area, it becomes very difficult to sail during the weekend, as there are usually many sailors already on the water.
