Constantine Bay is an experienced wave sailor venue, best sailed on a rising tide from low water as ebb tides result in severe rips produced by the tidal rock pools. It works in a SW but do not sail or drift too far downwind as you’ll end up climbing the rocks! Local advice is the best plan so have a chat with the lifeguards if they’re on duty.
