North Devon and flat water! This is probably the only speed track on the SW peninsula’s north coast. It only works in strong winds, force eight and above which blow across the sand flats. The result is mirror flat water and serious speed! If all the other beaches are blown out and Crow Point on wind over tide, this will probably still be sailable.
