IT’S ON!…2XS WAVE CLASSIC: WEST WITTERING 2026

The 2XS Wave Classic -presented by Windsurfer Magazine at West Wittering beach is back for 2026

The BWA Wave Pro/Am, starboard tack event has been upgraded for 2026 to a 2 Star PWA/WWT point counting competition.

Last year, 2025, saw the successful re -launch of the 2XS Wave Classic, after a 15-year absence from the British Wave Sailing Circuit.

The 2025 event had amazing waves and wind, we are hoping the “Super El Nino” weather pattern will deliver us some strong storms this autumn.  With over 80 competitors last year with a strong Master’s fleet, Pros, Ams & Youths categories

Entries will be limited to manage the heat and timings over the 3 days – you can pre enter here https://www.britishwavesailingassociation.com/

There will be socials each evening – with an 80’s themed party on the Saturday night – a vintage board display – West Wittering Estate will be offering free parking for pre-registered competitors.

We have amazing support from Windsurfer Magazine, Duotone, Goya, Sungod , West Wittering Estate, Goldendays , Ezzy, MK, Perry Property, Finisterre, The Beach, and ION.

If you want to come and watch or join in on the socials if you are not competing all are welcome – there will be a limited number of tickets available from 2XS for the Saturday “Retro” Party.
