A massive fleet of over 80 competitors have assembled in Tiree for the 32nd year of the Tiree Wave Classic. Storm Callum caused havoc, with many entrants  stuck in Oban after the Cal-Mac ferries to Tiree were cancelled. Those who were lucky enough to arrive early scored 40-60 Knot winds and wild conditions at the Maze and Crossapol. Today after registration and event briefing, the fleet assembled at Balevullin to check out the conditions. Sun wind and waves were on the menu but not quite enough for official competition.
