Our new range of mid to low aspect Aero Carve Wings is designed for the ambitious rider looking for direct and playful turning response in the waves and aggressive pop for air moves. The Aero Lift Wing is designed for the easiest access to the sensation of flying above the water with a foil – regardless of previous watersports experience or your size or weight.

AERO CARVE FOIL CARBON

Our new range of mid to low aspect Aero Carve Wings is designed for the ambitious rider looking for direct and playful turning response in the waves and aggressive pop for air moves.

At first glance you might think the Aero Carve range goes totally against the trend. With more and more high aspect wings for pumping and improved glide out there, whilst these new Carve wings are in the mid to low aspect range – but that’s exactly one of the reasons our team loves them so much! The shorter span offers direct response to steering and follows commands very intuitively and with a forgiving nature. The control you have over these wings makes you carve harder and with more control from the first wave you pick. The wing recovers effortlessly when breaching and landings are smooth and easy, so you’ll be popping back up in flight mode right away. The curved centre with wider chord offers aggressive pop for jumping and the reflexed horizontal tips are neutral when getting some air on hard carves. The Aero Carve is the pick of most our team riders not only in the waves, but also for radical freestyle action.

These are our Aero Carve Wing sets:

Aero Carve Foil 750: 750 front wing / 216 back wing

Our smallest and most radical setup for all lighter riders and advanced foilers up to about 85kg, handling also faster and more powerful surf

Aero Carve Foil 900: 900 front wing / 216 back wing

The go-to setup for many of our team riders offers a great combination of speed, lift and pop, covering riders between 50-95kg up to medium size surf

Aero Carve Foil 1150: 1150 front wing / 250 back wing

Early take off and great lift offering tight carves also in softer and smaller surf. Mid sized to heavier riders with advanced level will love this combo!

Aero Carve Foil 1400: 1400 front wing / 250 back wing

Earliest take off and maximum lift combined with tight carving experience for all heavier riders

Combine the Aero Carve with our Carbon Mast & Fuselage for the ultimate performance:

Our engineering team went through intense R&D running all sorts of simulations with attention to detail and countless hours of on-water testing. We wanted to make sure these Carbon masts and fuselages not only feel solid and perform to the expected level, they also need to handle the forces of those riders pushing the air game. With 5 masts lengths and 3 fuselages this range offers the dream combo for any foiler out there.

The Aero Carve wings are best matched with our shorter fuselages for the ultimate turning experience.

Choose your Carbon mast length and Carbon fuselage depending on your skills, preferred discipline and the conditions:

Mast options:

60cm – special size for shallow waters
75cm – All-round / Entry / Freestyle

Go-to size for most Wing Foilers on lakes, great to start and very compact for progressive air moves. Prone and SUP Foilers of all levels in small surf.

82cm – All-round / Surf / Freestyle / Downwind

“One for all” mast for Wing Foilers looking for the perfect mix of being compact for freestyle, yet having length for surﬁng and swell. Prone and SUP Foilers in medium surf. Freestyle Windsurf Foilers.

82cm Fanatic x Duotone COLLAB – Surf / Freestyle

Our High Modulus Team Edition Mast for Wing Foilers looking for the highest level in performance. Based on the Duotone SLS Kite mast profile with High Modulus Carbon layup, this mast is for the ambitious rider using constantly wings below 100cm span.

90cm – Freeride / Surf / Downwind

Wing Foilers looking for the extra room for comfort in chop, surf and open ocean swell. Go-to size for Windsurf Foilers.

105cm – Freerace

Wind and Wing Foilers looking for an extra long mast for confidence to push speeds even in rough open ocean conditions.

Our new Aero Lift Wing is designed for the easiest access to the sensation of flying above the water with a foil – regardless of previous watersports experience or your size or weight

Passive take-offs and stable flights are the qualities we had in mind when designing the new Aero Lift 2400, our ultimate flight guarantee for every entry level rider. With 110cm of span, a wider chord and a very lifty profile, the wing takes off at lowest speeds and just keeps flying through wind holes and all your early manoeuvres. Incredible stability guarantees a quick learning curve, yet the impressive speed and glide of a wing for that size will let you enjoy the Aero Lift for much longer than just the first few sessions. It’s a wing you’ll keep in your quiver for the light days and for anyone else you’re going to hook up with your new passion.

The Aero Lift 2400 is designed with our 300cm back wing and the wings are best matched with our 78cm fuselage for the ultimate lift and flying stability.
