World Champion Windsurfer & Personal Trainer Sarah Hauser has launched her second Digital Training Program ‘Ocean Monkey Jedi’  which focuses On Total Body Conditioning For Wind Sport Performance!

The latest digital release from NC6 Training celebrates those iconic wind sport destinations and addresses the need for diverse training modalities such as stabilization (also known as core training) in the “Kanaha Core & More” workout, strength endurance in the “Pacasmayo Endurance” workout, balance and proprioception in the “Ho’okipa Tightrope” workout and power in the “Ténia Power” workout. Sarah’s first digital training program ‘Solid Shoulders’ focused on mobility for the upper body so necessary in her sports. The program, along with subsequent bonus routines, received exceptional feedback from subscribers, most of whom combined the workouts with a regular water sport routine.
