Watergate faces west and is suitable for intermediate or better wave sailors. It’s a two-mile long beach, which produces the best conditions from low to just before high tide with a SW to WSW wind.

Parking: By Beach

Ideal Wind: SW to WSW

Accommodation: Hotel and campsites nearby

Amenities: Toilets, Café and Beach/Surf hire

Suitable for: Intermediate and better wave sailors
